Poster Presentation Details: All posters are limited to 4 ft in width and 3 ft in height (the maximum possible height is 4ft!) (Note that this is slightly smaller than the width at many conferences, so please double check your poster dimensions when preparing). We will provide material to put up your posters. Note the previous plan to place some of the posters on large windows was dropped. Therefore it is not necessary for you to print your poster on heavier paper to reduce the back light effect. If you have any questions regarding the poster sessions send an email to the contact person for each session). Here the details for the two poster sessions (for paper numbers see the table of titles and authors in the abstract proceedings): Poster Session 1 (Papers 17-33) at the Blake Academic Success Center next to Fillmore 170):
Poster Session 2 (Papers 34-54) at the Center for Tomorrow:

Submit your poster abstract before Oct. 1 2005 and register on-line latest by Oct. 4th if you still want to present a poster. A 400-word abstract for those interested in still presenting a poster should be submitted to Martin Doyle, Department of Geography, University of North Carolina, mwdoyle@email.unc.edu (see call for posters at the end of this page). We are soliciting abstracts for poster sessions during the BGS 2005.
