1:00pm-7:00pm:         Field Trip: Geomorphology and Ecosystems along the Niagara River
Center for Tomorrow  Field Trip Organizers: Keith Tinkler, Marcus Bursik, and Chris Renschler

                                This event is optional and requires a special registration that covers
                                the transportation, a field guide, a soft drink and a snack.
                                The field trip will have limited seats (max of 30 people).
 
                                Buffalo weather is unpredictable. Here the local 10-day-weather-forecast
                                and the Fall Foliage in Western New York.

                                Fieldtrip Schedule - Field Trip Guide (Field Trip Guide - Introduction only):
                                1:00pm: Introduction -field tour lecture presentation (open to the public)
                                1:40pm: Bus leaves for Field trip
                                2:00pm: Stop 1A: Niagara River - Lake Tonawanda (Water Power Plant In-Take)
                                3:00pm: Stop 1B: Niagara Falls (Goat Island and and adjacent valley walls)
                                4:00pm: Stop 2: Niagara Gauge I (Whirlpool State Park)
                                5:00pm: Stop 3: Niagara Gauge II (Power Vista - Niagara Glen)
                                6:00pm: Stop 4: Niagara River II (Youngstown - The “Unknown” Niagara Gorge)
                                6:50pm: Bus returns to Center for Tomorrow 

7:00pm-9:00pm:           Icebreaker Reception: Onsite Registration (Poster setup session 2)
